Koll Corporate Development will develop the 156,000-sf,state-of-the-art center in the Northgate Corporate Village.Northgate is a 1,200-acre, master-planned, mixed-use community onthe east side of Interstate 25, opposite the US Air ForceAcademy.
FedEx's facility will be called the Rocky Mountain TechnologyCenter. The building contains offices and software and digital labspace. About 600 programmers, software developers, project managersand technical staff will move into the building in August 2001.
