CAIS Expands in Rosslyn with Two-Floor Deal

CAIS Internet Inc. has leased 30,000 sf at 1560 Wilson Blvd. in the Rosslyn section of Arlington, VA. The Washington company will occupy the second floor immediately, filling a space that has been vacant for several months. It will also move into the seventh floor after WashingtonPost.com vacates by Dec. 1.

The lease brings 1560 Wilson Blvd. to 100% occupancy and increases CAIS’s presence in the Rosslyn submarket to 70,000 sf. The new offices are about two blocks from its existing offices at 1820 N. Fort Myer Dr.

CAIS provides comprehensive, high-speed, mobile Internet connections to business employees.
