The company broke ground on one store at Six Mile and Farmingtonroads in Livonia. The other store will be built at Grand RiverAvenue at Colwell and St. Francis streets in Farmington Hills assoon as permits are approved by local authorities.
Both stores are 15,120 s.f., and cost$4 million to build, saidSteve Schafer, a partner with the developer.
The Livonia store should be completed by mid-winter, and theFarmington Hills store is set to open in the spring.
