For RealtyIQ's part, the new marriage is part of a push tocreate like agreements with associations around the country.According to president Bruce Weissberg, the dot-com already has2,500 members across the US. To date, the site posts leasingavailabilities on more than 225,000 properties in 47 markets, muchof this the result of the dot-com's purchase of Cushman &Wakefield's database last year.
This newest linkage drops into RealtyIQ's lap brokers in NewJersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
