Called Kierland Commons, the office and retail center stands atGreenway Parkway and Scottsdale Road. At build-out, the 38-acreproject will have 450,000 sf in an "urban village" environment.
"Because of our success with the first phase of the project, wehave commitments from retailers for most of phase two," says DanielGosnell, vice president of Kierland Commons developer WoodbineSouthwest Corp.
The second phase will includes six buildings with about 70,000sf of retail space and 50,000 sf of office space. The two- andthree-story buildings should be ready for occupancy sometime nextyear.
