Downtown Office, Retail Building Gets Thumbs Up

PLEASANTON, CA - City planners say a proposed 7,600-sf office and retail building on West Angela Street will add favorably to the downtown area.

City planners in Pleasanton, Calif., this week gave approval to a proposed 7,600-sf downtown building that will house office tenants as well as retail businesses.

The planned facility on West Angela Street is located near the Vaughn Building and Pleasanton Railroad Station. It will eliminate 27 existing parking spots when built, but then provide 55 new ones.

The project has received endorsements from the city Planning Commission, the Pleasanton Downtown Association and the Downtown Specific Plan Committee.
