The 40,000-sf project is being constructed on a 1.3-acre sitethat was created when Beeson demolished a small office building onthe land, which is located at the intersection of Allen Parkway andWaugh Dr. About half of the space in the two-story project will bedevoted to retail space with office space taking the second floorof the building. In recent years, developers have been seeking outinfill and redevelopment sites in the area for residential, officeand retail use.
