Read and CressDiglio, and Harold Hillcher, a mortgage and real estate broker.Hillcher, a former senior business analyst for ProfessionalBusiness Brokers Inc., has 30 years of industry experience.

He specializes in the sale of cultured marble manufacturingplants and solid surface fabricating facilities. The parent Orlandofirm has sold 500 companies since its inception in 1986. CII'sthree-year sales performance of $60 million, tops all businessbrokerage volume in Florida, according to Read.
