The facility will be the new headquarters for Logan, thecontract manufacturing arm of the Telect spun off in June bylongtime Telect vice president Harold Alexander. Alexander willtake possession of the space in mid-September, as soon as about10,000 square feet of office space is built. With 150 employees atTelect's Liberty Lake facility, Logan manufactures electronicsproducts, and is developing a prototype fuel cell.

The Business and Industrial Park also announced that it hasleased 27,500 square feet in its new warehouse to Core-Mark, adistributor of products for convenience stores.
