Developer Robbie Mayfield Co. plans to build Rob Roy360 on Loop360, north of Bee Caves Rd. in the Davenport West Planned UnitDevelopment. Construction is expected to begin before year's endand come to market in December 2001, according to companyofficials. Colliers Oxford is marketing Rob Roy360.The two-storyproject will contain about 43,000 sf on each floor and be madecast-in-place concrete, with energy efficient gray/greendouble-pane glass. The two-story lobby features an elegant blend ofnatural stones, woods and metals.Robbie Mayfield Co. was thedeveloper of the high-end Davenport Village retail complex on Loop360 and Westlake Dr. plus several master-planned residentialcommunities, including Cat Mountain Villas, Austin Woods, andWestover Hills.
