Prior to this promotion, Mosler was EVP. He is also a member ofthe firm's board of directors. Mosler has been one of the realestate industry's top earners and has been instrumental in some ofManhattan's largest leasing and sales transactions. Notably, he isa two-time recipient of the prestigious Real Estate Board of NewYork Deal of the Year award, for both office (Reuters transaction,1999) and retail (Hennes & Mauritz, 2000). He co-brokered thesuccessful consolidation of Reuters America Holdings, Inc. into500,000 sf at 3 Times Square, an 855,000-sf joint venture betweenthe Rudin family and Reuters America.
