Whitehall Corporate Center is planned for 11 buildingscomprising 1.4 million sf. The park is part of the greaterWhitehall development, which totals 700 acres and encompassesWhitehall Technology Park and Crosland's Whitehall Commons shoppingcenter. Developing all 700 acres will take seven to 10 years at anaggregate build-out cost of $300 million, according to AAC.
