The company, Full Moon Interactive, is moving out of the 5,000sf it occupies in Hollywood and into 30,000 sf of sublet space at911 Wilshire Blvd. The 91-month sublease agreement is valued atabout $4.1 million.

Full Moon specializes in designing and marketing Internetbusinesses for Fortune 500 companies. Though most Internet-relatedoffice tenants still prefer to be on the fashionable Westside, asmall but growing number are relocating to Downtown because rentfor comparable space can be as much as 40% cheaper.

Full Moon's Downtown space will be sublet from the engineeringfirm Dames & Moore Inc. The local office of Colliers Seeleyhelped to put the deal together.
