The retailer, a new company called Scott & Co. LLC, hasleased 2,500 sf for a storefront at 8710 Sunset Blvd. fromMontgomery Management. The seven-year lease is valued at $1.3million.
Scott & Co. was formed by Scott Hill, a retail veteran whomost recently served as men's sales director of Neiman Marcus inBeverly Hills. His partner is David Judaken, owner of the Garden ofEden nightspot in Hollywood.
The new store will cater to a younger audience and the Hollywoodcrowd, Scott Hill says. NAI Capital Commercial represented allparties in the transaction.
