Lease Brings NY Life to Southland

SAN DIEGO-East Coast insurer signs $6.3-million pact for 29,000 sf of office space in University Town Center.

SAN DIEGO-New York Life Insurance Co. has signed a $6.1-million lease for28,847 sf of office space in the University Town Center area.

The insurance firm signed a seven-year pact for space at theAventine Building, 8910 University Center Lane. San Diego-basedBurnham Real Estate Services represented the landlord, privately held WXI/AVE RealEstate, in the transaction.

New York Life was represented by Cresa Partners.
