The Dallas-based real estate company, which handles leases,acquisitions and other transactions for large companies, used tohave a Detroit office in the early 1990s. That office closed. Thenew office will start with three employees.

John Ozog, director of the Southfield office, says his companyis handling clients such as Nextel Communications, Cambell-Ewaldand AT&T. "We've come back to the Detroit area with avengeance," he says.

Ozog is formerly a principal with GVA Stragis of Southfield. Hesaid the new Staubach office will boost the company's Midwestcoverage.
