Triangle Brokers Form New Firm

DURHAM, NC-Guy Harvey and Paul Munana, who built their reputations as tenant reps for Corporate Realty Advisors of Raleigh, have formed MetaPartners, a new company that will provide start-up technology companies with a wide range of mission critical services, from setting up their initial office space to lease evaluation.

Harvey tells GlobeSt.com that these services are offered with a focus on tenant representation. He said MetaPartners transitioned about three weeks ago from Corporate Realty Advisors to MetaPartners, wholly owned by the two partners.

Harvey and Munana began handling properties across the country as the growing Triangle technology companies began to open offices and acquire companies nationwide. About 75% of the office space for which MetaPartners negotiates is located outside the Triangle.
