Dilmun decided to renew its lease one year before its currentagreement was to expire, according to W&M Properties, themarketing and management agent for the Malkin-family ownedproperty.
The investment company signed a renewal for its space on thefifth floor of the 280,000-sf building for a 10-year term. Nofinancial details of the transaction were released.
