STAMFORD, CT-Dilmun Investments Inc., an offshore investment company, has renewed its lease for 6,438 sf of space at the MetroCenter office complex in Downtown Stamford.

Dilmun decided to renew its lease one year before its current agreement was to expire, according to W&M Properties, the marketing and management agent for the Malkin-family owned property.

The investment company signed a renewal for its space on the fifth floor of the 280,000-sf building for a 10-year term. No financial details of the transaction were released.
