ORANGE COUNTY, CA-Two groups of investors have teamed to buy a 31,811-sf mixed-use development in the South County community of Aliso Viejo for more than $2.6 million.

The facility, which is anchored by an ice rink, stands at 9 Journey Road. The buyers are a private partnership known as S.L. Galvanoni LLC and investor R.H. Wesselink. The seller is locally based Windrose Pacific Association.

The local office of Charles Dunn Co. represented the buyers. The seller was repped by National Real Estate Services Inc.
