Cushman & Wakefield Promotes Four Brokers

MIAMI-Four Cushman & Wakefield brokers, specializing in various aspects of South Florida commercial real estate activity, have received promotions. P. Benjamin Eisenberg and David Voell move up to senior director posts. Margarita-Guajardo Kurtz is a new director. Gregory C. Masin becomes an associate director.

Eisenberg, with the firm since 1990, works on industrial leasing and sales. He was Top Industrial Broker in South Florida in 1992 and 1996. Voell joined C&W in 1994 as an office leasing broker and last year was named one of the company’s Top 150 performers. Kurtz, who came to the firm four years ago, operates in office leasing, focusing on owner representation. Masin, a 10-year commercial real estate veteran with the last three years at C&W, handles retail sales and leasing.
