Ground-breaking is in October. The 31-acre site is just offInterstate 75 in Henry County. The developer can expand thefacility by another 556,500 sf on an adjacent 29-acre parcel. Thatwould give the complex a total 1.06 million sf of rentable space atan average $3.35 per sf.
Liberty III is the third development in the south Atlantasubmarket for Duke-Weeks, the largest industrial developer in HenryCounty. Liberty I, a 300,000-sf distribution building is fullyleased to Appleton Paper. The 210,000-sf Liberty II, completed in1998, is about 90% occupied.
