Tensolite Leases 64,000-SF Property for Headquarters and Manufacturing

ANDOVER, MA-The two-story building will serve as the cable manufacturer's new headquarters.

Tensolite QMI, a manufacturer of high performance cables andconnectors, will take 65,000 sf in the two-story facility.

The industrial property has solid frontage along Interstate 93,according to Pergola, who adds that the building will serve asTensolite's headquarters and manufacturing facility.

The company is relocating from Ballardvale Street in Wilmington.Micah Stubblebine of the Stubblebine Co. acted on behalf of thetenant.
