In another transaction, Whataburger Inc. has sealed a deal tobuy 60,000 sf for a restaurant along US 377 and Northpark Rd. inWatauga, a town situated south of Dallas. The site has been boughtfrom North Park Joint Venture. Brokers for United CommercialRealty/ChainLinks have handled the transactions.
