The proposed West Dublin BART station would be located south ofI-580. Planners envision that the station would have a 600-spaceparking garage with pedestrian bridges. The development includes a240-unit hotel, 160 apartments and office space on BART-ownedproperty just across I-580 in Pleasanton. Jones Lang LaSalle is theproposed developer.
Dublin Place would have a mixed-use retail space including aparking lot surrounding the shopping center, with direct links tothe public library and senior center. The Village Parkway areaincludes the retail strip along Village Parkway, from Amador Valleysouthward.
Dublin's planning commission will review the ideas on Sept.26.
