The bank, which was headquartered in Camas for 77 years,announced its plans to move to downtown Vancouver last April. It isoccupying space vacated by the Horenstein law firm, which moved tothe 10th and 11th floors of the office building after beingacquired by the Miller, Nash law firm of Portland.

Riverview Community Bank spent $ 400,000 remodeling 15,000 sf ofspace on the ninth floor. It will continue to operate a 5,000-sfbranch office on the ground floor. Riverview says the relocationwas necessary because of crowding and a want to be in Vancouver'score downtown business district.
