SAN FRANCISCO–Simplexis, which brings schools and their suppliers together over the Internet is subleasing two of three floors in the Radiator Building, a 23,000-sf structure at Second and Brannan Streets that it recently leased for 10 years. Simplexis is using the first floor as its headquarters, and subleasing the two other floors at $75 per sf.

The building is located in San Francisco’s South Park area, which is sandwiched between the hopping South of Market region and the new Pacific Bell Park, on the edge of China Basin. A company source says Simplexis has the option of expanding the building.

Simplexis has signed 450 school districts up for its services nationwide. The company also has offices in Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania and Louisiana.
