It's the second major Inland Empire purchase that CIP—formerlyknown as California Industrial Properties—has made in the pastseveral weeks. Last month, the Irvine-based company acquired the214,354-sf Mountain View Commerce Center.
CIP's latest acquisition is the four-building SchaeferIndustrial Park, which stands in the 3800 block of Schaefer Ave andthe 13000 block of Roswell Avenue. The purchase brings itsportfolio in the Chino area to nearly 375,000 sf.
The local office of Cushman & Wakefield represented theseller, a private investment group. CIP represented itself.
