Pope & Land Enterprises is moving fast on the totalrenovation of a two-story office and retail building, which itrecently purchased next door to its Decatur TownCenter developmentdowntown.
The $2 million project is a transformation of the building intoloft office space targeted for e-commerce companies. Retail willremain on the ground level. The building should be ready foroccupancy by the end of this year.
The town, a few miles due east of Atlanta, has just four squaremiles within its boundaries and 300,000 sf of class A office space.The vacancy rate is under 3%. Companies and professionals areclamoring to locate in the hip urban village. Available land andbuildings are scarce
