If the purchase price is accurate, it would place the value ofthe deal at $200 per sf.

Westport Corporate Park, which consists of 55 and 57 GreensFarms Rd., is 100% leased and is occupied by MetLife, AllianzInvestment Corp., New England Consulting Group and AC Nielsen. Itwas originally built by Mendik Realty.
