DALLAS-In a flurry of leasing activity, United Commercial Realty/ChainLinks has secured retail tenants, primarily in the 10,000 sf or less category, for Cityview Lake Park, Whiterock Marketplace and Watauga Towne Crossing.

Whiterock Marketplace has added Jefferson Dental and Deuteronomy, a family medical practice, while Cityview Lake Park has sealed a ground lease between United Commercial Development and Joe’s Crab Shack. At Watauga Towne Crossing, leases have been signed by A&W Root Beer Restaurant, Payless Shoe Source and Famous Footwear. The tenants have been represented by The Weitzman Group, Sandia Properties, Pizel & Associates Real Estate and Converce of City Venture Group while UCR/ChainLinks has acted on the owners’ behalf.

In UCR’s sales activity, Quickway Foods Inc., has purchased a site at Renner Road. and Hwy. 190 in Richardson, for a new Beverage City convenience and wine store. Whataburger Inc., has bought 60,000 sf for a restaurant on US 377 and Northpark Rd. in Watuaga, from North Park Joint Venture. An unidentified investment group has acquired the remaining 6.25 acres of the United Frankford Development in Carrollton from United Commercial Development. Dan and Kim Foster have purchased a retail building at 1704 Greenville Ave. at Ross Avenue in Dallas.
