The four-month pre-construction sales mark of 48 units isprompting the developers to break ground by January. The pricerange is $150,000 to $550,000. The Park will be built atop afour-story parking garage and will be Uptown's tallest residentialtower.
The project is in the city's Second Ward, which hasn't seen anynew residential development since the 1970s.
