The seller was Dallas-based Harvard Property Trust, which pickedup the office building, located at 3033 Excelsior Blvd., inSeptember 1997 for $18 million.
The Ackerberg Group already has about a dozen buildings in theUptown area. The new building will enable it to offer one moreoption to tenants who need new space but want to stay in the area.The Ackerberg Group will lease and manage the newly acquiredbuilding.
