Eureka Broadband, a building-centric application serviceprovider and broadband Internet access company, conceived andimplemented the idea to lease space in a Downtown office buildingand then let it themselves to companies looking for high-techmeeting and training session space. The space was completely wiredby Eureka. The Think Tank has its own staff, including experts intechnology and event planning who will arrange meetings for 10 to200 people and ensure that all technology needed for presentationsor training are up and running.

The space has two conference rooms, two computer training labsand one large seminar room for a total of 13,000 sf. The featuredtechnology includes T3 Internet access, which is reportedly 26times faster than a T1, NEC flat-screen monitors, laptop friendlyplug-in counter tops, electronic whiteboards, instrumentationenhancements and the latest video-conferencing equipment.

Think Tank @ William Street, located at 100 William St., iswithin walking distance of Downtown's banks, corporateheadquarters, bringing the space close to those targeted for itsuse. The building is owned by Cargill Financial Services.
