In late 2001 Schroeders will be transplanting their employeesfrom their 30,000 sf at 787 Third Ave. to the 21st and 22nd floorsof 875 Third Ave. The new address for the firm is owned by BostonProperties.
Richard I. Selig of Hunter Realty Organization, LLC was theprincipal who handled the lease for Schroeders, working with newexecutive manager Charles L. McQuillan, Jr. Boston Properties wasrepresented by Andrew E. Connor.
