Obie is spending about $750,000 to renovate the space. Thebuilding currently houses the company's administrative and salesoffices, art department and production facilities. The expansionwill make room for artists and accountants, a larger productionspace and a bigger meeting and lunch rooms.
Obie, which has sales offices Los Angeles, Chicago and New York,employs 72 people in Eugene. The company sells and makes ads forthe sides of buses, commuter trains and bus shelters.
