PHOENIX-An Oregon-based real estate investor has purchased for $1.92 million the Continental Ranch Self Storage Facility in Tucson.

Ben LaParne of Tigard, OR purchased the 379-space self-storage facility at 5650 W. Coca Cola Place from a private partnership known as Storage LLC. Basedased in Bainbridge Island, WA, it has owned the property for the past six years.

The Tucson office of Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. represented the seller. Marcus & Millichap’s Portland office spoke for the buyer.
