"This is a secondary facility for them, but it will serve thecompany's purposes very well until they can either add on to one oftheir structures or consolidate in another location," says DavidHinchman, who, with Kenneth Wasserman, both of CB Richard Ellis,represented Ford. "The proximity to its other locations and thegreat highway access both were big factors in their decision."

Ford will use the space as an arm of its regional partsdistribution center on Marshall Drive.

Terms of the five-year lease were not disclosed. The site wasformerly a Stanley Hardware warehouse and was available last yearfor $3.95 per sf.
