The Forest Ridge Dr. property was purchased last week fromHCS-The Healthacre Co. Plans call for a two-story office structureto employ an initial work force of 63. The credit union presentlyhouses 60 workers at its Downtown Ft. Worth office. It also has twobranches each in Ft. Worth and Arlington and one in Bedford.
KDA, a design-build company based in Marietta, GA, will serve asdeveloper and contractor for the project. The architect isMcCleary/German Associates of Houston. Construction is to beginthis month, with delivery tentatively slated for February 2002.
