NEW YORK CITY-Gruppo, Levey & Co. has expanded its offices in the Lincoln Building, 60 W. 42nd St., to 12,152 sf. The investment banking firm, which specializes in merger and acquisition, financial and advisory services to direct marketing and e-commerce companies, signed for 10 years. Chairman Hugh Levey says that the upgrading was one of the reasons it decided to add to its current holdings rather than move to other midtown space.

Kevin J. Driscoll, general manager of the building, represented both owner and tenant.
