SiteStuff.com Amasses 2.2-Bil SF in Data Base

AUSTIN-Sitestuff.com is taking on-line commercial real estate to new heights, accumulating more than 2.2 billion sf in its customer data base.

The Austin-based firm’s e-procurement focuses on commercial and multifamily properties. Sitestuff’s customers include Jones Lang LaSalle, Trammell Crow, CB Richard Ellis, Colliers Arnold Management, Arden Realty Inc., Macfarlan Real Estate Services, Lend Lease Apartment Management, Summit Properties and The Staubach Co.

Sitestuff eliminates inefficiencies in purchasing processes. According to a recent Deloitte Consulting study, SiteStuff can decrease transaction costs for commercial office property management companies by more than 70% per order, and multifamily property management companies by more than 55%. In addition, SiteStuff gives property owners the opportunity to save on actual costs by aggregating buying power.
