The 8.5-acre business park at 5930-5962 Priestly Drive is in theheart of the 560-acre Carlsbad Research Center. The Genesis projectwill include four two-story and five one-story class Aofficebuildings, ranging in size from 6,360 sf to 17,056 sf.
Completion of the project is set for the first quarter of 2001.Pacific Carlsbad Partners LLC is developing the project, whileColliers International in San Diego is marketing the property.
