Rydell Automotive Group will open its new facility on a sitebounded by Truman, Celis, Chatsworth and Wolfskill streets. It willsell cars made by General Motors and employ about 100 people.
The parcel is in a redevelopment agency, which means Rydell mayget some extra cash from the local government if certain saleslevels are met. No cash will be offered if the company doesn't meetits sales goals.
