In a couple of rapid-fire deals, Shire sold the building to theDonato Group, a locally based developer (which had originallydeveloped the facility for Roberts in the early '90s), and Donatoturned right around and leased the whole thing to PRAInternational. The latter is a clinical research organization thathad been occupying 34,000 sf in nearby Shrewsbury, NJ.
The East Rutherford office of Cushman & Wakefield of NJarranged both deals, with senior director Jerry Richter leading theeffort.
