KANSAS CITY, MO-Jim Miles, one of the first people to take an interest in the revitalization of the Crossroads district, near Union Station, is selling his building at 1644 Wyandotte.

The building, named the Wyandotte, was built in 1885 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Miles has owned the property since 1982. The area has seen renewed attention and some renovation, especially among the art gallery crowd in the last five to seven years. Miles runs an art gallery in the building and will be moving nearby.

Sales terms were not disclosed, but Miles indicated that the buyer is associated with another art gallery, located in a strip of shops south of the Country Club Plaza.
