In a separate agreement, OnSite will provide AT&T with useof its in-building telecommunications facilities when AT&T hascustomers in the property, providing the building owner consents.This will allow those customers quick, efficient connection withAT&T's advanced services.
AT&T is making a $50-million investment in OnSite, acombination of equity financing and senior secured debt that willbe used by the firm for market expansion and build-out of its NorthAmerican market networks.
