Besides a central location, Imperial was attracted to theproperty because of its quality, according to brokers at theStubblebine Co. David Stubblebine, who joined James Stubblebine andAlan Ringuette in representing WRT, says it is one of the fewopportunities for modern industrial space in the Worcester area.Rick Karzarian and Len Jolles also acted on behalf of the owner.The Stubblebine Co. is now marketing the remaining 73,000 sf in thebuilding.

Formerly occupied by the Frem Corp., 60 Webster Place waspurchased by WRT in 1997 for $3.1 million.
