DORSEY, MD-MIE Properties has acquired the last 21 acres of Troy Hill Commerce Park, clearing the way for it to build a 152,000-sf complex of four flex and office buildings. The price was not disclosed.

It will be MIE’s first flex/office park in Howard County, and lies in an area that Howard County has been encouraging revitalization. The Baltimore-based developer specializes in flex buildings.

The property is located at Interstate 95 and Route 100, midway between Columbia and Baltimore-Washington International Airport.
