With the acquisition, theLebanon, PA-based Arnold Logistics will own more than 3.6 millionsf of operating space in the three states.
National Corporate, founded in 1988, will be merged intoexisting Arnold Logistics operations in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.Arnold Logistics announced in May that it planned to increasebusiness via acquisitions focused in the Ohio Valley and Midwest.The corporation specializes in order fulfillment, call centerservices, distribution and packaging.
