A Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse and a Fred Meyer store willfill some 300,000 sf in Wood Village Town Center. Up to 17additional retail spaces will occupy in the remaining 150,000 sf.Koll Development Co., the Newport Beach, CA-based developer, couldnot immediately be reached for comment on signed tenants for thespaces.

Site plans call for one million sf of parking and constructionof Wood Village Boulevard, which will run through the Town Center,connecting Glisan Street with Arata Road east of 223rd Avenue.Portland-based Sienna Architecture is designing thedevelopment.

In addition to the Wood Village Town Center, Koll Developmentprojects in Oregon include Nike's world headquarters in Beavertonand several business parks in Beaverton, Tigard and Woodside.
