He notes that it is the third majortechnology lease signed by the company in the past six months.Other sizeable deals included a 381,000-sf lease with PTC inNeedham, and a 270,000-sf build-to-suit assignment in Chelmsford onbehalf of Tellabs.
Andover Office Park is sited on 20 acres in the NorthernMassachusetts community, one-quarter mile from Interstate 93 and 25minutes from Boston. Boston Properties vice president Joe Howardfinalized the lease, while John Wilson of Insignia/ESG representedAgilent.
